The Personal Banker will be responsible for promoting, developing and managing on a daily basis the Bank's retail business.
Promote the Bank’s products inside and outside the branch, develop and manage on daily basis the Bank’s retail business.
• Perform all non-cash transactions and sustain relationship with clients based on the full understanding of their business and banking needs.
• Ensure proper customer service to the clients.
• Control End of day reports as required.
• Handle administrative tasks relate to daily operations.
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in economics, finance, and management
• At least one years of banking experience
• Fluency in Armenian and English language, including verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge of AS-Bank is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Have analytical problem solving skills
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Ambitious for career growth
